Jocelyn Brown, Ed.D., LPCMH

Dr. Jocelyn Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) who has over 20 years of experience in the areas of mental health counseling and K-12 education. She earned a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Doctorate of Education in Education Leadership from Seton Hall University.

Dr. Brown has practiced in a variety of settings, providing personalized mental health support to children, adolescents, adults and families. She utilizes a variety of techniques to help individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors so they may respond to them in an effective manner. Her areas of expertise include supporting those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. She also supports individuals with strengthening parenting skills and with youth experiencing behavioral challenges.

In addition to her work as a mental health therapist, Dr. Brown provides coaching and training to school based mental health teams so that they may most effectively support the social, emotional, behavioral and mental health needs of school aged youth. She is a dynamic and engaging presenter, facilitator and coach who specializes in creating systems that support safe and supportive learning environments through social and emotional learning, trauma informed practices, culturally responsive practices and school climate and safety.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I create culturally responsive spaces where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. With nine years of experience, I provide compassionate, inclusive care for children, adolescents, adults, and parents. I earned my doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Michigan State University.

My approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and cultural humility. I tailor therapy to each client, integrating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I support clients in managing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, parenting challenges, family stressors, trauma, burnout, and medical conditions.

Rashidah Inge, M.Ed.

Rashidah Inge, is a dedicated behavioral health professional with extensive experience across diverse areas of mental health care. Throughout her career, she had the privilege of working with both adjudicated youth and adults seeking community-based support. From empowering youth in the criminal justice system to providing therapy for children in foster care programs, her work has been centered on delivering compassionate and effective care. Rashidah also offered critical crisis support, guiding children and families through their most challenging moments.

In addition to Rashidah’s direct work with youth, she serves as a Director of a community behavioral health program, focusing on adults navigating unique mental health challenges. Rashidah specializes in Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Center for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), tailoring her approach to meet the specific needs of her clients and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Rashidah has earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and later obtained a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Wilmington University. Rashidah’s passion is in creating safe, supportive environments that foster growth, resilience, and healing. She believes everyone deserves access to mental health services that are both compassionate and effective, and Rashidah is committed to bridging the gap between youth and adult care, recognizing that the journey to wellness that spans all stages of life.
